Shipping Rates
We currently offer simple, transparent shipping rates in CAD:
- Free standard shipping on orders over $99 (before tax and discounts).
- Flat rate shipping: $13.00 CAD on orders under $99 (may vary slightly by region or carrier).
Any applicable shipping fees will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it will typically be processed within 2–3 business days. During peak periods, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, most packages arrive within up to 10 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance. Delivery times may vary by region, weather conditions, or carrier delays that are outside of our control.
Please note that rural or remote areas may require additional transit time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow the progress of your delivery. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries
- Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or repeated delivery attempts, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While most orders arrive within the estimated time frame, occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or weather conditions. If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can assist you in following up with the carrier.
