For hygiene reasons, all underwear and lingerie are final sale. This means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Damaged or Defective Items

What Qualifies as a Defect

Issues resulting from improper washing, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered defects.
