When choosing the right underwear size, we recommend using waist measurements as the main reference. Our size range is as follows:

  M: 28–30 inches / 71–76 cm, approx. 95–110 lbs
• 
  L: 30–32 inches / 76–81 cm, approx. 105–120 lbs
• 
  Free Size: fits waist 26–32 inches / 66–81 cm, approx. 90–120 lbs
  

If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the smaller one for a snug fit or the larger one for a more relaxed fit. Please note that different styles, such as high-rise or low-rise, may vary slightly. For the most accurate result, we recommend measuring your waist and using weight only as a secondary reference to find your most comfortable size.
