As someone with a slimmer Asian body type, I’ve often struggled to find underwear that truly fits well in Vancouver. When I first started shopping, I naturally turned to popular stores like Victoria's Secret, assuming they would have everything I needed.
At first glance, the designs are beautiful—delicate, feminine, and perfect for special occasions. But after actually wearing them, I began to notice a gap between how they look and how they feel. Many styles tend to run slightly large on me, especially around the hips and back, which affects how securely they stay in place throughout the day.
More importantly, some pairs would shift or ride up, creating that constant need to adjust—something you don’t really notice when trying them on, but definitely feel after a few hours of wear.
Over time, I realized that while these pieces are visually appealing, they’re not always designed with slimmer or petite frames in mind. For me, it became less about how the underwear looks in the moment, and more about how it feels after wearing it for an entire day.
That’s exactly what led me to focus on building a brand like Prismoro—designed with petite bodies in mind, using soft, breathable fabrics with just the right amount of stretch. At the same time, it offers more design-forward, sexy, and versatile pieces, so one pair of underwear can work across different moments, instead of being something that’s only nice to look at but uncomfortable to wear.
